📝 Event Recap: Thank You for Joining Us at the Melbourne Sake Festival!

This past weekend in Melbourne, we were thrilled to welcome so many sake lovers and curious newcomers to our booth. Despite the winter chill, the atmosphere was warm and lively, filled with conversations, tastings, and cultural exchange.

One of the biggest hits was our newly imported sake lineup, which included:

  • 🍋 KAWABU Citron Yuzu Nigori Sake Liqueur — a refreshing citrus blend that sold over 80 bottles across both days
  • 🍈 KAWABU  Melonovo —

A special edition sake crafted from the signature Hokosugi Shujun and bottled as a fresh, unpasteurized (namagenshu) brew, featuring vibrant fruit aromas and a juicy, full-bodied taste

  • 🍋YOIYOI Oishi Yuzu Sake and YOIYOI UMESAKE Umeshu — both drew attention for their vibrant flavors and elegant packaging.
  • 🧊 SOHOMARE KAMON —

Sake Award Golf 2025 Ligt &Dry

limited-edition sake is a masterful blend of multiple vintages offers a refined balance of deep umami, elegant acidity, and a mellow.

We were especially touched by the interest in Prince Nagaya Junmai Nagayao, a sake rich in historical storytelling, and the enthusiasm for our handcrafted sake cups and mizuhiki accessories.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and shared a “kanpai” moment with us. Your support and curiosity made this festival truly unforgettable.
