Now, Masumi introduces a sparkling sake designed for casual enjoyment—Masumi SPARKLING ORIGARAMI.
Brewing Method
Crafted using domestically grown rice polished to 55%, this sake is brewed with No.7 yeast to bring out a refined balance of aroma and acidity. It is bottled with its fine sediments intact (Origarami style) and undergoes thorough secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a naturally carbonated, rich effervescence. Unlike filtered sparkling sakes, Masumi SPARKLING ORIGARAMI is released without racking, preserving its depth and smooth texture.

This sparkling sake unveils a fresh yet full-bodied aromatic profile, offering notes of melon, pear, thick-skinned citrus, and a subtle yogurt-like nuance.
