Shipping & Delivery

Delivery areas
We ship to addresses within Australia where delivery services are available. Some remote areas may be excluded or may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your address, we will let you know before your order is confirmed.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on Australian orders of AUD $200 or more.
A flat standard shipping fee of AUD $29.95 applies to orders under AUD $200.

Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on your location and the delivery service available. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the delivery service, weather, public holidays or other circumstances. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Delivery service
We select a delivery service based on your location and the services available. Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after dispatch.

Alcohol deliveries
Alcohol may only be purchased by people aged 18 or over. An adult aged 18 or over must be available to receive an alcohol delivery. Proof of age and a signature may be required, depending on the delivery service and destination. We use delivery services that accept alcohol and meet the requirements applicable to the destination. Alcohol will not be handed over to anyone under 18.
